How To Be A Good Prime Minister. Political debate.
Political commentator Andrew Marr assesses what it takes to be a successful British premier based on the performance of the twenty prime ministers of the 20th century. Advocates such as Martin Bell, Helena Kennedy, Simon Schama and the late Bill Deedes champion their favourite PM in short films. Andrew and a panel of historians and journalists debate the various qualities the PMs brought to the role and how successful they were in the position, before coming to a decision on who was the greatest.
Kiss My Pixel were commissioned to create an on screen package that could also be incorporated into the set design and programme environment. This was further translated into creating the in-studio game prop that charted the PMs' progress. The content needed to characterise the ministers, illustrations were created by Gerald Scarfe, brand this historical and political debate, and work live on the night!
