To find out, Davina McCall, one of the nation’s most loved TV personalities is taking a leap into the unknown by submitting herself to some of the hottest, coldest, deepest and wettest places on Earth to experience, first hand, life at the extremes.
Davina will track iconic animals who survive these brutal conditions, to understand their adaptations and uncover their survival secrets. She will live alongside local people, scientists and the animals themselves to see how they all cope in these remote and hostile environments. And by getting up close and testing the limits of her own endurance, she will truly understand the challenges that all living things face in these harsh environments. Davina’s job is to help us understand how extreme, extreme can be.
